Rich Meza founded Sage Intelligence to end the pattern he kept seeing across El Paso construction: vague scope, surprise change orders, and homeowners funding a project they could not see. His answer was a documented system, built so every problem is found early, every scope is locked in writing, and every client has one accountable point of contact from the first design consultation to final closeout.
As Founder and CEO, Rich holds Sage to that standard on every residential and commercial project in El Paso, backed by City of El Paso registration LCCR26-00183, insurance, bonding, OSHA 30-hour Construction Outreach training, and federal SAM registration.
That standard does not have a job-size floor. The same documentation runs on a whole-home renovation and on a property maintenance call for a single door that will not latch.
