Your preliminary project assessment, within 48 hours
Sage reviews your photos and details and gets back to you with a preliminary project assessment: a first read on your project. It is not a price and not a final answer. Some things can only be seen and measured on site. That is what the Feasibility Audit is for.

If your project is a fit, see it before it is built
Sage tells you whether your project is a fit. If it is, Sage renders it so you can see it before anything is built. This is Sage's own design work.
- 05Paid step
Ready to move forward? The on-site Feasibility Audit
When you decide to move forward, Sage visits your property. You receive a written Feasibility Report with:
- Measured existing conditions and photos
- Visible conditions, including what existing access points show
- Permit needs, and whether the project appears to need a design sealed by a Texas-licensed professional engineer
- Sequencing
- The list of decisions you will make
This is the one paid step, and only if you choose it. Sage gives you the fee by phone.
